Faith in Action: Practical Application for Applying the Word of God to Your Life
Now that you’ve learned what commitment looks like and how to prove it, here are a few action items as you walk with God:
- Embrace the suffering, don’t run. The first thing God teaches is to deny yourself.
- There must be action behind your ‘yes’. Prayer and action go hand in hand.
- You have the authority to fix what you messed up.
- Make yourself available to God so He can use you.
- Do not take advice from a world that hates you.
- Stop asking God to do what He empowered you to do. God gave you the keys, so use them.
An action item is defined as “a documented event, task, activity, or
action that needs to take place.” Now that you have some action
items, begin to check them off daily. With each new day, start the
list over and add some of your own, as the Lord leads you.
